"Fantastic and very practical course. It's great that students are now encouraged to teach very early on in the course and this has been very valuable for me, boosting my confidence, my creativity and allowing for lots of reflecting whilst teaching which has enabled me to ask for teachers and for my fellow students advice along the way. A fantastic course, will miss attending course."
"This is a high standard course; the written work is good; the Teaching Practice Reports evidence that the students are performing to a high level in the classroom; the Personal Diaries show that there has been much personal development through the Pranayama practice. The students all express appreciation for the profound and positive outcome of the Pranayama and they recognise that this is due to the high level of support given by the Tutor."
"I am most struck by the sense of enthusiasm, both within the work and in the comments from these students. It is evident that a thorough and open study of the philosophy has taken place in this Unit. The written work is of an excellent standard."

"Due to the excellent teachers on the course, I feel I have the skills to go ahead and teach and the practical sessions have really benefitted me with teaching others. I still have a lot of work to do with the understanding of philosophy and feel the course would have benefitted from having a longer amount of time dedicated to it. I thank the teachers for opening my eyes beyond ashtanga vinyasa yoga, allowing me to think of yoga as being creative allowing me to give my student a piece of my heart with every class. At the beginning of the course I only wanted to teach ashtanga yoga and I now teach in a care home and teach mixed ages and abilities of yoga students."
"There is a high quality dialogue recorded between the Tutor and the Students in all of the Syllabus Tasks and for all assignments. The Tutor is giving useful and constructive criticism as well as praise where it is deserved. The students are expressing their appreciation of the learning process as well as the high level of support they are receiving from the Tutor."
